I have never fallen in love with a business so fast until my first call to Clark Air and Heat. Elizabeth was over the top helpful & offered a/c issue assistance over the phone. When that issue only lasted temporarily • I reached out to Clark Air and Heat again. I had service within a few hours. And then there was technician Nick. He explained and showed me what he was doing & genuinely wanted to help me and not rush. I am definitely a new customer that appreciates a company that cares.
