Clark Air and Heat Inc. came to my home this morning for a maintenance service call, on time! Their tech was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Glad that True Guardian Property Management made the recommendation!

Cheryl, Dennis and Nick were all awesome, very straight up with the scheduling, problem, test results and cost to repair! Fast, efficient, totally transparent and professional service. Excellent communications through the entire process, I highly recommend them for any of your heat or air conditioning issues.

Awesome locally owned A/C company! They installed our home A/C unit and we have maintenance contracts for home and our business location. All the Clark Air technicians we’ve seen so far have been prompt, professional, friendly, thorough and knowledgeable…no BS, no pressure, no problems! Highly recommend!

I used Clark Air and Heat to replace my AC unit and air handler. Their quote was very competitive and they offered excellent equipment. Installation went fairly smoothly. They were polite, informative and cleaned up at the end of the job. I would highly recommend Clark Air and Heat when needing to replace your AC unit and/or air handler.

I called to get a second opinion from a service call I had the day before that indicated I needed a new compressor. Turned out the other company wasn’t correct. I had Clark perform preventative maintenance even though the other company had done it the day before. There was a number is things that the other company missed or just said they did. I feel you can trust Clark to be honest and capable. I’ve lived in my house since 2002 and had a number of AC contractors. Dennis Clark represents the best in my opinion.

Nick and a new technician did a thorough job of inspection, cleaning and servicing our AC system. The company is excellent with informing customers and communicating the status. True professional service.

Dennis did a great job of getting our HVAC unit working again. He was able to find a replacement part that was significantly cheaper than the factory part and he had our system running again the day after I called for help.

Mr. Clark came out on Saturday, did the repairs, charged a reasonable fee and left the place as clean as he found it. I felt he was very honest and didn’t try to up sell me on stuff I didn’t need. Very professional. Would recommend.

Clark Air and Heat is one of the best HVAC companies in Brevard County. They are always very responsive and reasonably priced. I have had them install a new system and provide continuing maintenance and service and have ALWAYS been extremely pleased with their service.

Nick with Clark Air and Heat did a great job installing new ducts, boots, and cleaning the interior A/C cabinet and blower. Clark Air and Heat did’s office staff were great and very responsive dealing with me. I had electrician issues on the day before the final A/C appointment. They worked with me and got my system up and running. Thank you Clark Air and Heat team. Many kudos!!! I called Clark Air and Heat to check the heat. The previous owner of the home had left a new thermostat and I had Nick install it. Apparently the thermostat was for a heat pump and did not power the heat strip. Dennis installed a new thermostat and we were back to having heat. We were painting inside at 56 degrees. Thanks Dennis!
